What should I choose

Im having difficulties choosing between these two majors for college. I love both and I want both but I dont want to do major and minor because I will loose my focus.

First off, pediatrics is not a major, mor so a job field. Either way, to be a pediatrician, you’ll have to start off with a “bio-med” type major because you’ll want to prepare for medical school to earn your (M.D.).

Meanwhile, psychology is a different path. You don’t necessarily need an M.D. if you are wishing to be a “pediatric psychologist”. You will need at least a bachelors or even a masters degree.

I strongly suggest you view this website: https://www.psychology.org/careers/child-psychologist/

That being said, I believe I can help more if you would explicitly establish a question or what you wish to do as a career, because there is a large difference between the path fo an MD and a Masters—both highly laudable anyhow

You could always double major if that is what you want! If you don't want to do that then, I recommend taking courses that would go into these majors or research and see which one fits you the most!
