You can become a Human Rights Officer by attending any accredited college and graduating with a major related to social justice, peace and conflict studies, and international affairs. I recommend looking into Georgetown's Justice and Peace major and other programs like it. A graduate degree will also help you achieve your career goal, and Columbia University's Human Rights Studies programs would be a great choice because of its specialized classes and location near the UN. Hope this helps!
