Many undergrad colleges don't have business. Instead they will have economics, business economics, or something like that. However, for the ones that have business, the best business schools would be Wharton at Upenn, NYU Stern, UT Austin McCombs, and Ross at UMich. There's also Haas at UC Berkeley but I believe you cannot apply to that as a Freshman.
In terms of MBA, the best choices would be the ones listed above plus basically the T20s.
