If I didn't take the SAT how would it affect my admissions for college?
Answered

I am going to be a senior this fall and I did not take the SAT test due to the pandemic. These are my top schools for college: UCR, Cal State Long Beach, and/or ArtCenter.

Use the chancing engine and disable test optional and then put it on to compare.

Colleges are now test optional so SAT is not mandatory. But SAT does help in your application. Honestly, even though colleges claim that SAT is optional; it has been historically proven that giving the SAT improves your chances to get into colleges (considering you fall atleast in the range of their 50% SAT).

If you can give the SAT, do so. If it won't be possible for you to give the exam, then there is nothing much you can do about it anyways. They don't reduce your chance drastically (but they do reduce it).

All the best!
