I don't know about texas specific courses, but there are a lot of schools that offer free courses (University of Chicago is the first that comes to mind, but a ton exist) on places like coursera.org! Some are free and some are paid, but the free ones are just as good!

Thank you I wanted to get a certificate but you have to pay for them. What can I do? I want to learn something from the courses but I also want to be accredited for them. Do you know any Free courses that offer free certificates?

There are a lot of options for dual enrollment courses that can be taken online- I'm in Georgia, so it may vary depending on your state, but at least here there are a certain number of credit hours that you can take for free at community colleges that the state will pay for if you're in high school! Depending on the courses you take, you could potentially earn a certificate that way! There are also free certification courses that companies offer if you're just looking to build out your resume!
