Should I aim for nice state universities like The university of Vermont, Connecticut, Georgia, and Washington if I have a 3.9 GPA will have taken 7 AP and 4 honors classes, Beta club, nominated for the Governors honors program, have a job, involved in the drama department, was in dance for 6 year, and was also on the dance team?

You would most likely get into one if not all of those colleges. Only problem is the financial situation. Many public universities do not offer as much aid to out-of-state residents which can get extremely pricey. I would aim for your dream school within your state, or a private university which offers generous aid (much more difficult to get into).

I mean this us up to you, with these stats you can get into a lot of great, competitive universities, I would look for ones that interest you/appeal to your major and then research and use the collegevine chancing engine from there.
