It depends on what happened to get expelled. You probably won't get into some top-tier school but it really depends. You should call one of the schools you want to get into and ask them what they think of your situation. As long as you are a good student you will be fine. Good luck!

I'd say it depends on what you were expelled for, since when universities look at your academic profile, they'll notice a pattern of not just grades, but also conduct. They look at what kind of student you are and how it would appear at their college, so not always, but there's a possibility.
