I was wondering if its easy to go to a college in Canada if you are a United States citizen, and I was also wondering if the "University of Winnipeg" or "University of Manitoba" are good. Could someone please help with these questions?

Hey, Canadian here! Applying to University in Canada is quite easy yet it is expensive if you aren't a Canadian Citizen. I suggest University of Waterloo or Queen's University for inclusive programs

I live in Minnesota, which did a deal with the Manitoba province, so that people who are residents here pay as much as if they were in Canada. I was also wondering what is the best college in the Manitoba province. Thanks!
