Building school list as an international student

I'm an international student who graduated high school in 2020. I am finding it hard to build a college list because of financial need and most schools that offer high financial need seem to be reach and hard target for me. I am also trying to research if there are schools that have a high volume of scholarships that I'm eligible for so I can apply to where I'd have a chance of getting in. Any advice would be appreciated thanks.

Hi GoHard! I’m also an international student and many of the graduating students in my school got full scholarships into the university of Toronto. You might also be able to get a scholarship there. Good luck!
