Most Ivy League schools don't allow students with bachelor's degrees to transfer. It's tougher for transfer students to get into the Ivies than first-year students. However, it's important that you know it's not impossible, in fact transferring from a non-Ivy school gave you the time to improve grades and less pressure on your shoulders to know what you want to do, the Ivy's will expect you to know exactly what you want to do when you transfer.
