scholarship for international student

Hello, everyone. I have difficulty finding a full scholarship.

Since I am a non-native English speaker what I can research(in English) is very limited.

Does anyone know if there is a full scholarship for those who want to study science or physician?

I'm from Japan and will be graduating from high school in Canada.

I prefer a university that is in the northern hemisphere. (but I don't really care if I can go to a university)

I am a grad of 2023

Sorry for my english
