Best school for EDII

I am an international student looking for almost full financial aid. I am applying for EDI at Dartmouth.

I like really NYU and Haverford college and am unable to decide between the two. I intend to major in computer science. Which college among the two should I apply to:

There are several institutions that provide universal financial aid:

The link that I posted was a list by Yale university that contains all colleges that give aid to International students. I am also applying as a CS major in this app cycle, and after researching I'd say the best schools for that major would be Brown, Princeton, Tufts, Gettysburg, MIT, Harvard, and Lafayette. Research these schools and pick one that you would like to apply to. NYU and Haverford are absolutely amazing but they may not give you the aid you need. Again: keep doing research, make sure you love all schools you pick, and I wish you the best of luck with applications!

As a US student they are more safety/target schools for me. But the networking opportunities are really amazing and both are relatively close to Philadelphia which is a huge tech hub.
