Classes I'm Taking vs Majors

Hello! I am currently a junior who doesn't seem to need math by still ended up taking two math AP. As I am interested in Literature and Administration, both fields that don't require math, I am stuck. I am currently struggling heavily in my AP Calculus AB class; I have always been decent at math (Straight As), but Calculus is much more abstract and is too different. Does anybody have tips on how to do better? Or should I drop the class? I will be taking 13 AP classes by senior year and many of them are important to me, so what should I do?

As your fields don't really require calculus-level math, you shouldn't be taking calculus if it is negatively affecting your grades. If you feel it's too time-consuming and is preventing you from focusing on other stuff that is actually relevant to your intended major, consider dropping it.

Resources such as Khan Academy, edX, and MIT OpenCourseware will be helpful if you wish to continue with AP Calc AB.

Hope this helps!
