School with good access to skiing

Hi I am Junior this year and I am a very dedicated skier. And my main concern for college is to be close to a resort out west (Rocky Mountain/Utah). And a school with no religious affiliation!! Any recommendations or tips ? Any schools with clubs or freeride clubs?

Hi!

Colorado also has a network of community colleges (look at CMC Steamboat and CMC Aspen), many of which have skiing programs built into the curriculum. Utah has several colleges in Salt Lake City, which is within driving distance of Alta, Snowbird, Deer Valley, and Sunlight Mountain. Northern Arizona University is also close to many ski mountains. Additionally, Lake Tahoe has a community college. For a more rigorous school, I'd recommend checking out Colorado state colleges, particularly CU Boulder. Good luck with the college search!

Have you thought about Brigham Young? It's in Provo, UT.

Hi!

My cousin goes to Utah State and she really likes it- and there's no religious affiliations. Hope this helps!
