Schools in UKAnswered
Hello,
I'm a Freshman in High School and I'm trying to make a school list and I was wondering if anyone knew any good schools in the UK? My Mum was born and raised in England and I've always been interested in moving to the UK to go to school but I don't know much about the schools there and how it works. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good schools in England and if anyone could explain how the schools system works there? I've been told it's very different from the US.

This CollegeVine livestream will give you a good summary of the UK university application process. Magda, the advisor who led that stream, will be able to give you more detailed advice as well.
In general, the UK system is mostly based on academics. A personal statement is required as well, though it is more like a professional cover letter than a creative Common App personal statement. I can personally recommend King's College London - I studied abroad there and had a wonderful experience.
