Residential colleges at Rice

My daughter loved the residential colleges at Rice, but Rice is a reach. She loved that students live in the same dorm for most of college and that the students were proud of their dorm family. What other schools come to your mind that have strong residential colleges that are safeties and targets? Prefer Texas, Pacific Northwest, or East Coast. Daughter possibly interested in Business but undecided.

UC at San Diego and Washington University in St. Louis are both great schools with residential college programs.
