Suggestions and Roadblocks

I will be a junior in high school this fall. I want to find colleges that are near me (Nebraska) and have good programs for those wanting to become social workers. I also need a college with cheaper tuition. It seems that almost every place I have looked is either too far away, too expensive, or does not offer my intended major. Do I just need to look past some of this stuff? Am I being too picky? Also any suggestions?

there's no such thing as being to picky with college choice, it's your future after all. you might have to look past some things that don't quite fit your vision, but in the mean time look for scholarship opportunities and available financial aide. you're not even a junior yet, you have plenty of time to keep looking, as well as find ways to lessen cost if it's holding you back
