My chance for the reach schools from 6% to 26%, what it really means? Should I apply one of them with ED or set ED with my target school?

If ED is binding, only apply ED if you are COMPLETELY sure that you want to attend that school (especially over your other options). So if the reach school is your top choice among the others in your list, then I would consider applying with ED. Otherwise you could just apply early action (EA).
