How do I choose what colleges to put on my list?

My dream college is NYU and I am having a very difficult time deciding what other colleges to put on my list. I want to double major in Music (specifically vocal) and either early childhood education or nursing. Any ideas will help NYU is a pretty big reach for me, but I'm going into my junior year in high school so I still have some time to decide what to do and hopefully better my chances to go to my dream college. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Try the University of Delaware -- strong music program and, as a state school, they offer education. You might want to consider music ed and early childhood -- there may be some overlap in the required courses.

Other schools to consider are Ithaca, Syracuse and West Chester in PA.
