I want to get into vanderbilt

I just rlly need help into increasing my chances into getting in Vandy. I desperately want to go bc it’s a perfect fit for me. I have a 4.0(w) and 4.2(uw) gpa, ranked 12/488, with a 21 composite ACT score. ( I have only taken it once and I didn’t study at all) ( I’m going to take it as much as possible to get a higher score). I also have taken 2 AP classes so far and passed them both ( By the time i’m a graduating senior I will have taken around 8-10 ap cIasses). I am am a co-captain for my school’s colorguard, played euphonium for 5 years (1st chair, 1st band in 9th grade, 1st chair 2nd band 10th grade), a student rep for student council, in the all girls auxiliary club, a patient ambassador for the local hospital, have 200+ volunteer hours, and a ambassador for my school, also in my communities “Mayor’s Youth Advancement Council”.I don’t really know what else to do, and would absolutely love if someone would be able to help me.

I honestly think you're in pretty good shape. Your GPA is excellent, and your extracurriculars seem pretty good, so the only thing I would definitely do (as you've stated you will) is retake the ACT. Vanderbilt is an incredibly selective school, and many, many incredible students with amazing grades, test scores, and activities are rejected, so you should also focus on obtaining outstanding letters of recommendation and writing great essays for your application.
