I have a 3.8 gpa, very few extra curriculars, want to apply to 3000-10000k students, in the Mid Atlantic region, New England, or Southeast. I need target and safety schools.

Coastal Carolina in Conway South Carolina has around 10k students- probably a safety
Loyola University in Maryland has around 3,700 undergrad students- target based on GPA
Christopher Newport University in Newport News Virginia- has around 5,000 students
