Where are some colleges I could go

Just wondering about which colleges might be good to apply to for undergrad, planning on majoring in biology or something similar as I'm planning on going into med school in the future. For college, i want to go somewhere that's on the cooler side and in a big city but i'm not against california.

3.8 GPA planning on raising it to 3.9

can probably get around a 32 for my ACT, not sure about SAT

3 HL, 3 SL

Varsity Athlete In Rugby and American Football

Was Freshman Basketball team manager for a Year

Martial Arts medal winner

French Honor Society

National Honor Society

Piano

Active at my church and do lots of volunteering and leadership work

4-year student Govt. member, 3 years as a delegate of entertainment, and I'll be treasurer next year.

Have worked on a farm, retail, and a restaurant.

working on publishing a book.

Is there anything y'all think I should do to continue to increase my application and what colleges should I apply to, let me know what y'all think.
