Planning to start a fishing club
Held down a job for one year
Proffered to be in FL, CA,TX, anywhere with good freshwater fishing
Marine bio degree
Assuming that you'll start the fishing club, "Rise member" means the RISE summer program and you won't take any AP or Honors classes, here's your results:

Eckerd College has a great marine science program where you can have a marine bio concentration. Eckerd has a great study-abroad presence and a hands-on approach. Hope that helps!
