Hello! I am currently a Junior in high school, I aspire to go into medicine one day and major in biology. I have always wanted to be a doctor. I am a pretty good student, but I want to have more outstanding extracurriculars. The only thing is, I'm afraid there isn't much time as I am a Junior at the moment. Is there any advice I could get? Thank You!

Hey!

I would recommend trying to start your own club that you can apply to your career goals and be the president of (something that would appeal to colleges). This could help you to be able to set up meeting dates with the club that would work for your schedule, and you could show colleges how you incorporate your interests into your daily life, as well as how you can be a leader.

Another option is taking an online course for something that interests you, for example, taking instrument classes or learning a language outside of school (especially if it applies to the career you want to have).

Good luck!
