Any advice for my situation?

I’m currently a junior and unfortunately struggled my freshman year of high school, thankfully my sophomore year went pretty well and i’ve done even better this year. However my gpa’s pretty low at a 2.7, when i apply for college i should have at least a 2.8. thankfully i haven’t lost all my hope since i was able to score a 1250 on my psat and have studied up to a 1400 level. My main concern is that a college will see me as someone who’s lazy and can’t keep up with school work. I plan on going to cu boulder, so i guess my question is, in the scenario of me getting a 1400 and 2.8 with average extra circulars, is it a reach to get accepted by boulder?

I think your SAT score is good for the school, but you must bring your GPA up by the time your senior year comes, but I think you can do it.
