Need college recs please

I’m currently an high school junior from Texas and I want to pursue a career as a tattoo artist. I’m not sure what colleges offer a good art program at a lower cost so pleaseee give me some recommendations. Thank you!

Hi! If you have really good stats, Rice University is the #2 best school in America for art! In addition, their financial aid is great! If your household makes 65k and below you receive full tuition, all fees and room & board. If your household makes 65k-130k you receive full tuition. Finally, if your household makes 130k-200k you'll receive half tuition.

For a more obtainable recommendation I would say Southwestern University or Texas Tech.
