Pre - med / STEM field

Hi, I want to go to medical school after my undergrad, but I want to choose the right t20 or ivy league school that will help prepare me most for medical school instead of going to the most prestigious. Which top universities are best in this case and which should I avoid?

I think the best Pre Med universities are:

Duke University

Columbia University

Johns Hopkins UNiversity

University of Chicago

University of Pennsylvania

Carnegie Mellon University

Tufts University

Yale University

Northwestern University

the ones to avoid for best pre med track are mostly the UCs...they're better for med...but not pre med...as per their curriculum and...method...

I hope it helps
