What colleges in CT,MA, or RI do you think have the best program for both biomedical engineering and physical therapy?

I am a high school senior with above a 4.0 GPA, and I am wondering what college would have a great program for biomedical engineering and physical therapy since I have not fully decided which direction I would rather go between those two?
