State Universities - an International Student Answered
Which is better for a program Media and Communications, please help and recommend some public universities around New York or Cali. Also, I hope it's a quite community.

Assuming by quiet, you mean no party schools, UCSD is your best option. Many of the top public schools in California are party schools, and New York's public universities don't have the best communications programs. If possible, I would suggest exploring private universities!
