My gpa is 3,86, I am from Kazakhstan and i am going to apply to US colleges, wich will be the best for me? (Computer science)

Hey!
You have a great GPA, but it is hard to tell without your ECs, SAT/ACT score, AP/IB score (if taken)
but yeah some of the best CS programmes are in:
MIT
Harvard
Stanford
Yale
Columbia
UChicago
UMich
UBoston
NYU
Caltech
UPENN
there are few more too...but these are on the top...
with a SAT 1500+ and ACT 30+ you can get into these...
and it's better to take AP/IB course
