Colleges that will give good merit scholarships

Hello,

I am looking for suggestions for colleges that might give me full ride or full tuition scholarships based on merit. My parents make a good bit of money but won't help me pay for college, so I'm mostly looking for merit scholarships. I have a 1550 SAT score, a 4.2 weighted GPA, and a 4.0 unweighted GPA. My extracurriculars are okay, but not exceptional. National merit semifinalists have not been announced yet, but my score was above what the predicted cutoff for Illinois is.

I've found a lot of southern colleges that will give me good scholarships, but I would prefer to live in a more liberal state. I would like to double major in biochemistry and linguistics and minor in neurobiology, though I would also be content to major in biochemistry with linguistics and/or neurobiology as a minor. I want there to be Hindi language classes, and I am also looking for opportunities for undergraduate research.

If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.
