You have a well-rounded profile with strong academics, extracurriculars, and leadership roles, all of which will be appealing to colleges. Given your interest in both liberal arts and engineering some schools in the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions that fit your criteria:

Northeastern University (Boston, MA): Known for its strong engineering programs and cooperative education model. Your profile matches well with their holistic admission approach.

Boston University (Boston, MA): Offers a blend of strong liberal arts and engineering programs. Your extracurricular involvement and GPA would be competitive here.

University of Rochester (Rochester, NY): Known for its flexible curriculum and strong engineering and liberal arts programs. Your diverse interests would be a good fit.

Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA): Offers strong engineering and liberal arts programs and values leadership and extracurricular involvement.

Villanova University (Villanova, PA): Known for engineering and liberal arts, with a community-focused campus culture.

Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ): A larger public university with diverse program offerings and a strong engineering program.

These schools offer a mix of strong liberal arts and engineering programs and would value your varied interests and leadership skills.

I suggest applying to Princeton , Columbia , Cornell and UPENN as they are one of the top tier universities in the country but please don't make the mistake of only applying to reach schools or only ivy leagues but instead try applying to safeties also.I wish you the best of luck .
