How much does tuition at Vanderbilt typically cost?

Hey everyone! I've been looking into Vanderbilt as a potential college for me, but I'm having a bit of a hard time finding information about their tuition. Can anyone give me an estimate of their average annual tuition? I'm not including room/board, just strictly tuition fees. Also, if anyone is aware of a link to more detailed information, that would be really appreciated! Thanks.

Vanderbilt University, as a private institution, has a set tuition fee for both in-state and out-of-state students. For the 2024-2025 academic year, the tuition cost for undergraduate students is $65,008.

Please note that this is a flat rate and it covers full-time enrollment, meaning 12 or more credit hours per semester. Less than full-time enrollment may result in a different tuition cost. Additionally, individual colleges within the university may have additional fees. You'd need to pay for living expenses, textbooks, and other personal expenses separately.

It's important to remember that many students do not pay this full amount due to financial aid and scholarships. Vanderbilt has a strong commitment to meeting100% of demonstrated financial need with no loans, one of the few universities nationwide that provide this level of financial aid to its students. That's why it's really important to accurately fill out the FAFSA and the College Scholarship Service (CSS) Profile, both of which Vanderbilt uses to calculate financial need.

The best place to find the most up-to-date information is Vanderbilt's official website. In their undergraduate admissions or financial aid pages, you should be able to find more detailed information about tuition, fees, and financial aid. Don't hesitate to reach out directly to Vanderbilt's financial aid office if you have any specific questions or concerns about costs or financial aid. They're usually very helpful and responsive!
