Hey everyone, as a junior starting to look at colleges, I’m really curious about Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). I heard that there are bus tours that let you visit multiple campuses. Has anyone done one of these HBCU bus tours? What was your experience like and do you recommend it?

He liked that it was very organized; they visited several colleges over the span of a few days, often enjoying info sessions, campus tours, and even sitting in on some classes. He appreciated getting a feel for each campus culture and student life which is something brochures can’t always convey. He also made a bunch of friends along the way since everyone on the tour was also interested in HBCUs.
I would say if you have the opportunity, definitely consider it.
