Howard University has a well-respected School of Business with a strong finance program that draws attention from top-tier firms and offers lots of internship opportunities in the DC area.
As for film, Morehouse College partnered with Spike Lee (an alum) to enhance their Cinema, Television, and Emerging Media Studies program, which seems promising.
