Punahou School graduates - where do they typically attend college?

I've heard that the Punahou School in Hawaii has a pretty great reputation. Is there a trend as to where most of its graduates go for college? I think it might be interesting to see if there's a pattern or a commonly chosen school.

Punahou School doesn't have a single destination college that a majority of its graduates choose, primarily because it offers a wide range of programs and encourages students to seek the best fit for them post-high school. However, there exist some patterns.

According to school-provided statistics, Punahou graduates often attend some of the country's most prestigious colleges and universities. These include Ivy League schools, top-tier liberal arts colleges, and highly-regarded public and private universities. Examples include Harvard University, Stanford University, the University of Southern California, and New York University, to name a few.

However, because of its location in Hawaii, the University of Hawaii at Manoa and other campuses in the University of Hawaii system is also a popular choice. Many students also might opt for schools on the West Coast because of the relatively closer proximity to home, with California a particularly popular choice due to its climate and wide range of schools.

Keep in mind that the choice of college is highly individual and can be influenced by many factors including course offerings, financial aid packages, campus culture, distance from home, and more. This is a snapshot based on past trends, and individual outcomes can vary.
