Enrollment numbers for 2024?

Looking toward the future here, but I’m just curious. Does anyone have any idea or source that might say which college is projected to have the most students enrolled in 2024? I know it’s a bit early, but I just thought I’d ask.

Hi, predicting exact enrollment numbers for 2024 can indeed be a bit tricky, as it heavily depends on various factors such as the admission rates, yield rates (the percentage of admitted students who enroll), and whether the school is looking to expand or downsize its incoming classes. In addition, unforeseen circumstances, such as policy changes or global events, may also impact the projected numbers.

That said, if we look at recent trends, some of the largest universities in the United States include the University of Central Florida, Texas A&M University, and Ohio State University. The University of Central Florida, for instance, had around 70,000 students enrolled in 2023 and because of their online focus, they have continued to grow over the years.

Please note that the total enrollment figure would include both undergraduate and graduate students, and different schools might have different proportions of each. If you're only interested in undergraduate enrollment, the numbers might look slightly different.

Also, keep in mind that large universities often have multiple campuses, so even though overall enrollment may be high, the number of students on your particular campus might be much smaller.

To get the most accurate information, you may want to check directly with the colleges you're interested in as they may be able to give you a more precise projection or at least the most recent data. As the admission cycles progress, they might also release interim reports about their expected class sizes.
