College Football and School Spending

Football is my thing and I've got my eyes set on colleges with big programs. But, I've been hearing stuff about schools investing heavily in these programs. Do you guys know which schools drop the most cash on their college football teams?

Sure, you're right that some colleges invest heavily in their football programs. Although the exact figures can fluctuate year to year, the schools that generally lead the pack in terms of football program spending are:

- The University of Texas: Known for having one of the highest revenue-generating football programs, the school is not afraid to reinvest in the team.

- Ohio State University: Ohio State is another big player in college football and isn't shy about pumping money into its program.

- University of Alabama: A competitive football school, Alabama spends a significant amount on their football team.

- University of Notre Dame: Not being part of a conference can be pricey, but Notre Dame manages to consistently field a competitive team.

Remember, though, that investing heavily in a football program doesn't necessarily equate to on-the-field success.+
