Simple Scholarships That Are Easy to Apply For?

I'm trying to get a jump start on applying for college scholarships, but there seems to be a ton of complicated applications out there. Does anyone know of any scholarships that are super straightforward and easy to apply for? I'm looking for ones that maybe don't require long essays or have complicated requirements. Any suggestions on where to find these would be amazing!

Sure, I can absolutely help you find such scholarships. While there are many scholarships out there that might require extensive applications, essays, or interviews, there are quite a few that have simple application processes.

1. Scholarships with Direct Applications: The $2,000 "No Essay" College Scholarship by Niche is an example of such a scholarship. All you have to do is fill out a brief online form. Keep in mind, though, that these scholarships are quite competitive due to their simplicity, so you'll be up against a larger pool of applicants.

2. Sweepstakes and Drawings: There are also scholarships that carry out random drawings, such as the ScholarshipPoints $10,000 Scholarship where you earn points by completing small tasks and these points are then entered into a drawing.

3. Short Essay or Video Scholarships: If you're okay with a little bit of work (but not too much), consider scholarships that require a short essay or video instead of a long, detailed application. For instance, the Stuck at Prom Duct Tape contest rewards students who create the best prom attire out of duct tape. Another one is the Create-A-Greeting-Card Scholarship Contest offered by The Gallery Collection, where the winner is decided through the design of a greeting card.

Remember, before applying for any scholarship, it's crucial to read the terms and conditions to ensure you're eligible and to understand how your information will be used. It's also a good idea to diversify your scholarships - apply for many smaller scholarships as well as the more substantial ones. Small scholarships can add up and ease the financial burden of college considerably.
