Nevada Millennium Scholarship Requirements

Hey guys, I'm a junior in high school and I'm interested in the Nevada Millennium Scholarship for college. Does anyone know the requirements and eligibility criteria for this scholarship? Any tips on how to increase my chances of getting it?
