How can I access and use my old ACT scores?

I took the ACT a while ago but didn't use that score for my college apps. I'm now applying for a scholarship that requires my old ACT score. Is there a way to access and use the score for this purpose?

Yes, you can access and use your old ACT scores if they're still available. ACT currently maintains score reports from 2011 onwards, which you can access by visiting the ACT website and logging into your account.

If the score report you need is from before 2011, or if the email associated with your account has been deactivated (if it was your high school email address, for example) it may not be available online. In that case, you can try contacting the ACT directly to request a copy, but be aware that it may not be possible to retrieve your scores.

After accessing your scores, you can follow the scholarship's guidelines to submit your ACT score to the appropriate organization. If you're unable to access your scores, reach out to the scholarship's help team directly, as they may have an established protocol for students in your situation.

Good luck with your scholarship application!
