Florida Avenue Residence Hall at UIUC?

I'm considering UIUC for college and wanted to ask current or former students about Florida Avenue Residence Hall. How was your experience living there? Are the rooms nice, and is it a good location on campus? Anything else I should know about it?

As for the location, FAR is situated on the south side of campus, close to the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences (ACES).
