Looking for challenging college math problems

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get ahead and challenge myself with difficult college math problems. Does anyone have any sources for hard college math problems with answers so I can practice and self-check?

Hello! It's great that you're looking to challenge yourself with more advanced math problems. There are several resources available to find difficult college-level math problems with solutions for self-study.

1. Art of Problem Solving (AoPS): AoPS is known for its collection of math problems and solutions, covering topics from algebra to calculus and beyond. Check out their Alcumus system (https://artofproblemsolving.com/alcumus) for adaptive problem sets and their forums for additional problems with discussions (https://artofproblemsolving.com/community).

2. College Textbooks: Many college-level textbooks have exercises with detailed solutions or answer keys. Some popular college math textbooks include Stewart's "Calculus: Early Transcendentals," Gilbert Strang's "Introduction to Linear Algebra," and Spivak's "Calculus." You can find these books online or at your local library.

3. MIT OpenCourseWare (https://ocw.mit.edu): MIT offers a collection of college-level math courses online for free, complete with lectures, course materials, and problem sets. Some solutions may be available as well to help you self-check.

4. Khan Academy (https://www.khanacademy.org): Although primarily targeted at high school students, Khan Academy offers excellent resources for subjects like linear algebra and multivariable calculus, with plenty of difficult problems and step-by-step solutions.

5. Math.StackExchange (https://math.stackexchange.com): This community-driven platform allows you to ask math questions and get answers from experts and enthusiasts. You can also browse existing questions and answers, filtered by topic or difficulty level.
