Chapel Hill vs NC State: Which is better for engineering?

I'm trying to decide between UNC Chapel Hill and NC State for engineering. I've heard that NC State has a strong engineering program, but I also like the overall feel of Chapel Hill. Thoughts on their engineering programs and which one I should choose?
