Any insight on University of California application deadlines?

Hi everyone! I'm starting to look into applying to University of California schools, and I wanted to make sure I'm aware of all the application deadlines. Can someone help me out with this? Thanks in advance!

Hello! I'm glad to help you out with the University of California (UC) application deadlines. The UC application typically opens on August 1st each year, and the submission period begins on October 1st. The deadline to submit the application is generally November 30th.

This deadline applies to all nine undergraduate UC campuses: UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Irvine, UCLA, UC Merced, UC Riverside, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Santa Cruz.

Please note that there are no Early Decision or Early Action options for the UC schools, so you'll need to focus on meeting that November 30th deadline for all of the campuses you're applying to. Additionally, you should also be aware of deadlines for scholarships and financial aid. The deadline to submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application is typically March 2nd of the following year.

It's also a good idea to keep an eye on each UC campus's specific page to be informed of any updates or additional deadlines, such as housing, orientation, etc. Make sure to stay organized and give yourself plenty of time to work on your application, including the personal insight questions, which are an important part of the UC application process.

Best of luck with your applications!
