Rolling Regular Decision: December 1 (Priority), July 28 (Final)
Applying for Early Action provides the benefit of receiving an admission decision earlier, which can be particularly helpful for financial aid and housing arrangements. If you apply through their regular, rolling admission, you should really try and get your application in by December 1st—or as soon as possible after that—but PSU will technically still accept applications until July 28th if the class has not been filled yet.
