Do colleges care about A's?

Hi everyone, I'm a little stressed about my grades. I've been getting mostly A's in my classes, but do colleges really care about A's, or are they more focused on extracurriculars, essays, etc.? Should I be worried if I don't have a perfect 4.0 GPA?
