Art colleges in Vermont and Wisconsin?

I'm looking into art colleges in the Northeast and Midwest regions, specifically Vermont and Wisconsin. I'm not very familiar with schools in those states. Does anyone have any information or recommendations regarding art programs in these areas? Thank you!

Certainly! In Vermont, you'll find a few noteworthy art schools and programs to consider:

1. Champlain College - Based in Burlington, Champlain College has a strong Creative Media and Digital Arts program. Students can pursue concentrations like Visual Art & Design, Game Art & Animation, or Filmmaking.

2. Middlebury College - This renowned liberal arts college in Middlebury offers undergraduate programs in various artistic disciplines, including Studio Art, Film & Media Culture, and Theatre.

As for Wisconsin, you also have multiple options:

1. Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) - MIAD is a prominent art and design school that offers undergraduate degrees in various disciplines such as Illustration, Interior Architecture & Design, and Animation.

2. University of Wisconsin-Madison - This renowned public institution has a well-respected Art Department which offers undergraduate degrees in Studio Art, Graphic Design, and Art Education.

3. University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee - The Peck School of the Arts at this campus is one of the largest arts schools in the Midwest. Their programs include Art & Design, Film, and Photography.

I would recommend visiting the websites of these schools, and any others you're considering, to explore their curricula, facilities, and faculty profiles. Additionally, if possible, visit the campuses in person or virtually to get a sense of the resources available and overall atmosphere, to make sure you'd thrive there personally as well as artistically. Good luck in your college search!
