Curious about Colby College demographics

Hey everyone! I'm a junior considering Colby College and I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on the school's demographics. Are there a lot of diversity and representation from different backgrounds? Thanks in advance!

Hey! Colby College, located in Waterville, Maine, is known for its strong liberal arts curriculum and close-knit community. In terms of demographics, as of Fall 2023, the undergraduate population was approximately 2,300 students. Although the majority of students come from the United States, there is some international representation, with around 10% of the student body coming from other countries.

Racial and ethnic diversity at Colby has been increasing in recent years, with about 30% of the undergraduate population identifying as students of color. The college is continually working to improve diversity and inclusion, and has a number of programs and initiatives in place to support students from underrepresented backgrounds.
