What's the best way to organize extracurricular activities on a college application?

Hey guys! I have a lot of extracurriculars, and I'm not sure how to organize them on my college application. Should I prioritize certain ones? How should I list them? Thanks for any advice!

Hi there! It's great that you're involved in so many extracurricular activities! When listing them on your college application, it's a good idea to prioritize your activities by placing the most significant ones at the top. These can include activities where you've demonstrated leadership, made a significant impact, or have a long-term commitment.

You may also consider grouping similar activities together, but make sure to keep the focus on your most important accomplishments. When describing each activity, try to be concise and use action verbs to highlight your achievements.

Finally, don't forget to include any awards or recognitions you've received related to your activities. If you still have questions on organizing your extracurricular activities, you can refer to this helpful CollegeVine blog post: How to Fill Out the Common App Activities Section

Good luck with your application! I'm sure your dedication to extracurriculars will shine through.
